Equestrian Needs Ltd cannot be held responsible for buyers purchasing horses/ponies that are unsuitable for the capability of the purchaser. Buyers buy at their own risk and must take the appropriate professional advice prior to purchasing.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

Equestrian Needs Ltd does not guarantee that any Advertisement will lead to a successful advertising campaign for the Advertiser and for the avoidance of doubt, Equestrian Needs Ltd shall not be a party to, or liable in respect of, any contract which is entered into between the Advertiser and any third party

Payment

Payment will be deemed to have been made by the Buyer to Equestrian Needs Ltd at

the time Equestrian Needs Ltd is in receipt of cleared funds.

All rates and charges payable under this contract are subject to and exclusive of Value Added Tax payable at the rate applicable from time to time.

Unless otherwise set out in these Advertising Terms, the Buyer will not be entitled to any refund, credit, lien or set-off of any kind from the time the relevant fee is paid to Equestrian Needs Ltd.
